Secure cloud account & synchronization
Use the same email and password on your iPhone and laptop. The site owner must first complete the Supabase setup in the included instructions.
If you already have records in Version 5, back them up first. Sign in on the laptop containing your existing data, then choose “Upload local records” only if cloud storage is empty. Do not work on both devices before the initial synchronization is complete.

For a bulk notice, choose All batches, a single batch, or Selected batches, then review the recipients on the right. WhatsApp still requires you to send each message separately.
Message preview
Messages open one at a time in WhatsApp. You must press Send for each recipient. The app cannot confirm WhatsApp delivery.
Saved message templates
Save once, reuse whenever needed. Templates are included in app backups.
Message history
Tracks prepared messages, chats opened, and messages you explicitly mark as sent. WhatsApp delivery is not verified by the app.
